Affiliations

Compliance & affiliation marks.

These logos belong to other organizations — we display them, we don't own them. They're kept separate from the JW brand assets and must follow each issuer's rules. Use the official files here as-is; don't recreate or restyle them.

REALTOR® logo

NAR membership mark. Only NAR members may use it — Julie Wright Realty Group is a member. Use the official artwork below; don't redraw it.

  • Don't redraw, distort, stretch, or add effects — keep the block-R, the wordmark, and the ® in their official proportions and spacing.
  • Color is flexible: REALTOR® Blue (PMS 293) is recommended, but the mark may be any single color on a white or sharply contrasting background. The files here cover the common cases — blue or black on light, transparent-white on dark.
  • Keep clear space around the mark — at least half the width of the block “R” on all sides; don't crowd it with text or other logos.
  • It identifies a member, not a vocation: "a real estate broker and a REALTOR®," not "a REALTOR®."
  • Preferred written form is all-caps with the registration symbol: "REALTOR®". Use "Realtor®" only when all-caps isn’t feasible; never all-lowercase except in a domain or email.
Equal Housing Opportunity logo

Equal Housing Opportunity

HUD graphics

The federal fair-housing mark. Display it in real-estate advertising and on the sites to signal compliance with the Fair Housing Act.

  • The official artwork is black on transparent — built for light backgrounds.
  • HUD asks that you not alter the logo's colors or proportions and doesn't publish a reversed version. Where a dark background needs one for legibility, use a clean single-color white knockout of the same mark — nothing else changed.
  • Keep the house-and-equals symbol legible at the size used; don't crop or distort it.
  • Display is encouraged, not strictly required — show it (or the “Equal Housing Opportunity” statement) on advertising as a visible sign of Fair Housing Act compliance.
